Privacy

Who we are

Rally Rush is published by Studio Bastion Ltd, Hampshire, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data Rally Rush collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to games.studiobaston.com/games/rally-rush/policies.

What we collect

Rally Rush does not require an account and contains no advertising. We collect only what is listed here.

  • Your email address and message, if you email us.

Game saves

Your progress is stored on your own device. It is not sent to our servers.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the store you buy from (Apple, Google, Valve, Microsoft or Nintendo). We never see your payment details. We receive aggregated sales and crash reports from the stores, which do not identify you.

Daily and weekly events, and world tables

Every player gets the same daily stage, daily rally and weekly rally, worked out from the date, so the game needs no connection to set them.

Where your platform offers leaderboards, the game can post your finishing time to them: Apple Game Center on iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games on Android, and Steam on Mac and Windows. The platform shows that time next to your platform name to other players on the same table. We do not receive your Game Center, Google or Steam account details; we see only what the platform shows on the table itself.

If you are not signed in to Game Center (or the equivalent), the game carries on without world tables. Each platform’s own privacy policy covers what it holds.

Backups of your progress

On Steam, your progress may be synced by Steam Cloud, which Valve runs, if you leave it switched on. Phones may back up the game with the device’s own backup (iCloud or Google). We do not receive or see these copies.

An online service of our own (planned)

We plan to add a small online service of our own so that events and tables work across platforms. It has not launched. Before it does, this policy will be updated to say what it holds and for how long, and the game will let you delete that data.

Private test builds

Builds given to invited testers can send bug reports, screenshots, crash reports and basic device details to our testing portal. The public game does not contain this.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

How long we keep data

Emails and messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted.

Children

Rally Rush does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
